Schifflange’s city council decided to organise a youth art festival in 2015, so they asked us to create a visual concept for the festival. Our main idea was to visualise the mining background of the city, mainly the stones’ shapes. The other idea was to get them as empty canvases, so they could theoretically draw and paint on them. Thus, we created a coherent concept which incorporated the city’s background as well as the artistic nature of the festival.
